• Use the rented equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with our instructions
• Return all rented equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while using our inflatable boats
• Wear appropriate safety equipment, including life jackets, at all times while using our boats
• Not operate our boats under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair judgment
• Report any damages, accidents, or incidents involving our equipment immediately
• Not sublease or transfer the rental agreement to any third party

3. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Rental services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion
• Boat rentals are subject to availability and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Weight limits and passenger capacity restrictions apply to all our inflatable boats and must be strictly observed
• Geographical restrictions may apply to where our boats can be used

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Celujuy.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Celujuy.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.

5. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

• Parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation and communication in good faith
• If parties cannot reach an agreement through informal means, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where Celujuy.com is registered
• The arbitration shall take place in the city where Celujuy.com maintains its principal place of business
• The language of arbitration shall be the official language of the country where Celujuy.com is registered
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will not be eligible for a refund
• If we cancel your reservation due to unsafe weather conditions or equipment issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
• No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental time

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Celujuy.com is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Severability
